From what I understand, Surlys are designed to be highly customizable. I'd be surprised if you can't run them as a single speed. The midnight special doesn’t have sliders or horizontal dropouts, but a lot of the others in the lineup do. Ah, clearly I don't understand how that all works, but thanks.
