Over 13-hundred APS customers were without power for a few hours Tuesday night in Flagstaff. APS reports the outage was from Beverly Avenue to Pine Del Drive and Fort Tuthill Loop to Frontier Avenue. Half of the 13-hundred customers had their power restored by about 8 p.m., while others didn’t get their power back until a couple of hours later.
